The new secretariat was inaugurated on Tuesday, August 23 by Karachi Press Club President Fazil Jamili and Secretary Muhammad Rizwan Bhatti, along with members of the Majlis Ameela.
The work of building the new secretariat of Karachi Press Club was started in November last year. After 20 years, the new office secretariat of Karachi Press Club has been constructed. The Secretariat has been built on the first floor of the New Dying Hall along with the preparation of a new boardroom is in final stages.
Club staff will be present in this secretariat from 10 am to 12 pm for the convenience of members.
Club Treasurer Abdul Waheed Rajpar, Executive Council Member Khalil Nasir, Syed Nabil Akhtar, Farooq Sami, Athar Hussain, Maimuna Hashmi, Former Secretary Arman Sabir, Former Treasurer Raja Kamran, Adil Zafar Khan, Senior Photojournalists Abul Hasan, Club Manager Shakeel Ahmed and others were also present.
