A Fateha Khwani was held at Karachi Press Club for Siraj Abbasi, the younger brother of KPC member Khurshid Abbasi, who passed away recently.
The prayer gathering took place on Friday, 23 April 2026, where journalists and prominent personalities from various fields participated and offered condolences to the bereaved family.
The attendees included Secretary Karachi Press Club Aslam Khan, Treasurer Imran Ayub, former Secretary Aamir Latif, Masood Yousufi, Governing Body members Javed Mehr, Abdul Jabbar Nasir, Fida Abbasi, along with senior journalists, political and social figures, trade union leaders, and media professionals from different organizations.
Participants expressed their deep sorrow and prayed for the departed soul, extending solidarity with the grieving family during this difficult time.
