Karachi Press Club Hosts Ramazan Taraweeh Ceremony

Under the auspices of the Karachi Press Club, a dignified ceremony of Taraweeh prayers was held on the 24th of Ramadan. Senior journalists participated in large numbers. The governing body of the Karachi Press Club and senior members distributed commendations to Hafiz Kashif Awan, Hafiz Usama, Hafiz Masood, Hafiz Saadullah, Hafiz Asadullah, and Qari Ishaq for their encouragement. Deputy Chief Reporter of Jassarat newspaper, Wajid Ansari, recited a Naat as a tribute. Saqib, the Secretary of the Karachi Press Club, and Shoaib Ahmed, the Secretary of the Karachi Press Club, expressed gratitude to Hafiz Kashif Awan for his special thanks for completing 12 years of Taraweeh prayers and for his full cooperation in this regard. The renowned religious scholar and preacher of the Jamia Masjid Quba, Maulana Sanaullah Rahmani, elaborated on the importance of completing the Quran and the virtues of Ramadan. Prayers were offered for all the deceased members of the Karachi Press Club, their loved ones, and all the sick members and their sick loved ones. Prayers were also offered for the progress and development of the Karachi Press Club and its officials, as well as for the Muslims of Gaza. Special prayers were offered for all the members who contributed to the decoration and arrangement of the prayer area and the completion of the Quran. At the end of the program, sweets and drinks were distributed among the attendees.
