A high-level delegation of Malir Development Authority (MDA), led by Director General Yaseen Shar, visited Karachi Press Club and held a detailed meeting with Secretary Aslam Khan and members of the Governing Body regarding housing issues faced by KPC members.
During the meeting, KPC representatives informed the delegation that members are eager to begin construction and move into their homes under the MDA housing scheme.
DG MDA Yaseen Shar and his team assured full cooperation and facilitation for members, stating that there are no legal obstacles in the housing process. The delegation also highlighted the need for members to complete pending dues and submit required application forms.
It was further agreed that MDA will appoint a focal person to regularly coordinate with Karachi Press Club and assist members with housing-related matters. A follow-up visit and progress review meeting has also been scheduled.
