Makhani Foundation in collaboration with the Karachi Press Club hosted a reception on Monday in honour of the international Christian leaders from the United States, Sweden, Britain, Croatia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia and China.

The reception was attended by the Mayor of Karachi Wasim Akhtar, Chief of Makhani Foundation Amir Makhani, PPP Senator Anwar Lal Deen, Tehrik-e-Insaf MPA Sidra Imran, Pastor Suleiman Manzoor, Chief of Pakistan Sikh Council Ramesh Kumar Singh, Chief of Edhi Foundation Faisal Edhi, President Karachi Press Club Imtiaz Khan Faran, Secretary KPC Arman Sabir, Senior Journalist A.H. Khanzada, Qazi Muhammad Yasir, representatives of Rapha Foundation including Sara Bano, Maria Memon and others.

Speakers were of the view that minorities in Pakistan had been provided complete sense of security and they had been living with peace of mind as against it had been portrayed in the international media.

They said that Christians, Hindus, Sikhs and other people from different minority groups have been progressing and earning names in different section of life.

Later, the foreign delegates were presented memento of the KPC and the Makhani Foundation.
