Karachi Press Club (KPC) senior member and Gym Secretary Tahir Siddiqui successfully completed an inspiring fitness challenge of 3,000 push-ups in just 30 days.

At the ceremony, Tahir completed his final 50 push-ups live before the audience, receiving a warm round of applause.

Commissioner Karachi Syed Hassan Naqvi, who attended as chief guest, praised Tahir’s dedication and consistency, saying, “Tahir Bhai’s 50 push-ups are equal to 500 for us!”

KPC President Fazil Jamili described the achievement as a matter of pride for both Tahir Siddiqui and the Press Club and reaffirmed KPC’s commitment to promoting healthy activities.

Tahir said the challenge was not about setting a record but about raising awareness of fitness and healthy living. He encouraged everyone, regardless of age or gender, to make time for at least 30 minutes of exercise every day.

The event was attended by journalists, sports personalities and distinguished guests, highlighting the importance of building a stronger fitness culture in society.
