Sadia Rashid, President of Hamdard Foundation Pakistan, distributed the Hakim Said Memorial Scholarships to children of Karachi Press Club (KPC) members for their excellent performance in the 2024 Karachi Board exams. Students who secured 85% or above in Intermediate received scholarships of PKR 75,000, while Matric students were awarded PKR 50,000.
In addition to the scholarships, Hamdard Foundation introduced several impactful initiatives:
- 25% discount on dental treatments, medical tests, and other healthcare services at its four hospitals.
- Annual PKR 60,000 Individual Support Fund for financial assistance.
- 80% scholarship for students pursuing Bachelor’s degrees in Unani Medicine, with a guaranteed job at Hamdard.
- Special career development courses with job placement guarantees at discounted rates.
