US based politician, poet and a doctor Asaf Riyaz Qadeer said that Pakistani was a loving nation and he hadn’t found such an affection which he found here in the home country.

Speaking to the senior members at the Karachi Press Club, the representative of democrats in Houston said, “Expats live abroad willingly and happily but they cannot ignore the memories of their homeland. In every natural calamity they wholeheartedly do their best to help there brothers in Pakistan. So any depressing story in our country always make overseas Pakistanis worried”.
At a reception in his honour hosted by the KPC, the Executive Director APPNA Foundation Dr Asaf Riaz Qadeer briefed the senior journalists about working of APPNA for the betterment of expats and Pakistan.

He has presented his books for the KPC library. The KPC Secretary Arman Sabir informed him about the history of Karachi Press Club.
Memento of Karachi Press Club and traditional Ajrak was presented to him. The reception was also attended by Secretary General Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists Sohail Afzal, Former KPC Secretary A.H Khanzada. Senior journalist Ghulam Mustafa Buledi, Qazi Muhammad Yasir, Naeem Tahir, Naimat Khan, Khalid Farshori and others.
